What customers say about QUALITY MASSAGE
Four of the five review excerpts give 5 stars, and the same two qualities come up repeatedly: cleanliness and politeness. One review from 4 months ago is short and says only that the place is very polite and very clean. A regular customer from a year ago calls it clean, well kept and friendly, and says they leave after a deep tissue massage feeling better than when they arrived.
One review from 5 months ago describes a pleasant, relaxing visit with a therapist named Coco, and says the muscle aches they came with felt better afterward. Another review from a year ago praises a therapist named Nina as polite, says she took her time, and calls it the best massage the reviewer has had. The same reviewer adds that she did not ask for a tip.
The one critical review, rated 3 stars and also from a year ago, concerns staffing. The reviewer says the owner also owns Massage Arts, and that a therapist named Lucy gave a very good massage. On the next visit Lucy was no longer there, and the replacement therapist was rougher and not as good in their view. They were unhappy about losing her.

I have been a regular customer here for the past six months following a work related injury that required surgery. Each time I have a therapeutic deep tissue massage, I leave here better than when I came. Clean, well kept and friendly. Highly recommend!
